Entrepreneurs Alla Ouvarova and Ann Richey have launched their innovative and simple business Two Chicks selling a brand of free-range liquid egg white.

Fitness fanatic Anna said the idea came from frustration, from separating the egg white whenever she wanted to make an egg white omelette and was shocked when she found this product was not freely available to the UK consumer.

After a trip the US where egg white is sold in almost every store prompted the two entrepreneurs to launch Two Chicks. Their product comes in 500g cartons and each one contains the egg white from 15 free-range eggs.

And if you still don’t see what all the fuss is about well Anna explains:

“Egg white is fat free, cholesterol free, low carb, low GI and is an  excellent source of protein - which makes it perfect health food”.

You can obviously add it to protein shakes and mix it in with other things such as fruit juice or yogurt. Two Chicks is already in a number of stores now including the big one, Selfridges.
