Do you read people’s text messages?

I’m not talking about your partners texts in a jealous rage! I’m talking about on the bus, tube or wherever in public you can! I do!

So i found this little invention today which stops peeping text readers like me from reading your messages.

People in Japan are overwhelmingly addicted to text messaging, mainly because making private cell phone calls in public is considered extremely rude.

However, overcrowded public spaces such as the subway are not always the most private, so it has become common practice to use stick-on cell phone privacy screens which are thin, tinted plastic screens (similar to iPod protectors) that make it impossible to read a cell phone screen from any angle but straight on! Damn inventions!

If someone was reading my text messages i’m sure I’d realise, they would probably die of boredom from the mundane nature of my messages.
