Richard Farleigh is being replaced for a new Dragons Den series to be broadcast this autumn by James Caan. Caan made his fortune with his recruitment firm Alexander Mann Group which he started back in 1985.

After achieving a turnover of £130 million he sold up in 2002. He has now founded a private equity firm and has investment interests in leisure, retail, technology and financial services.
