The number of eco-businesses and green business sprouting up around the world is very uplifting as-well is the welcome grants and funding been thrown at some of these excellent ideas.

So here is an excellent invention which turns the energy people create as they walk, run and otherwise go about their daily activities into electricity - Crowd Farming.

The system could be installed in areas of high pedestrian traffic, placing blocks below the normal flooring that bounce and rub up against each other as they’re stepped on. This movement is then harnessed and turned into electricity.

Ok not an idea for complete residential areas or towns and cities but how about installing them at a gym or a night club, you could then run the night club of this energy. The inventors are also looking at harnessing wind energy off motorways!!! Good work!
