Make money from taxi’s
Want to start a business, how about starting a business and offering it to taxi firms. I had an idea when getting driven home this weekend by a taxi. Now when i use a taxi in London one firm has taken advantage of a council grant by converting their cars so they can run on both normal fuel and green fuel.
Another way i thought would be to offer a tree planting system such as Growaforest do but say taxi firms could offer a card to their customers and every tenth trip they take with that taxi firm, a tree will be planted. They could hand out the cards and have green stamps with every journey. You could set this up and charge a management fee for it.
Another way of getting a taxi is Get Me Home Free was launched in eleven Minneapolis suburbs this month, Get Home Free is a flat rate, prepaid cab card that gets its holder home safely. Mainly targeted at teenagers and college students, the concept’s initiators are aiming to help out kids who are stuck with car trouble, have been drinking, or whose ride home has fallen through. Cardholders place a call to the Get Home Free hotline, and a car is immediately dispatched to bring them home, no questions asked.
