Government contracts in things that don’t exist
I had a very interesting chat with a gentleman this morning. He is a Dr and does a lot of work for the MoD and general Governments around the world. He was giving a speech on Government contracts. One person raised their hand and asked what the most bizarre contract or research project he has worked on.
Although he didn’t work on this particular contract, he did tell us a story about the US government spending millions of dollars on research such as psychokinesis/teleconesis (moving stuff with your mind!) and teleportation!
